MAGO COMMUNITY NURSERY TREE PLANTATION
Summary :
This is a creation of indigenous tree nurseries plantation project which will involve working with community youth, women and children from Mago primary schools. Most of the people from these groups schooled in Mago primary and were members of an environmental club which collapsed after their schooling time.
The main activities will be planting trees along the main river and working in these indigenous trees nursery plantation. Youths, pupils from the school and Volunteers will also work with community on constructing bathrooms & pit latrines. Other activities like home visits and creating awareness on environmental and humanitarian services will also be carried out during the project period.
