Malaika Ecotourism is an Eco-friendly Travel Agency that organizes Sustainable Travel and community development in East Africa Kenya and Tanzania. Our company gives travellers great opportunities to adventure a country in a unique and sustainable way, by meeting the local people and sharing with them.

Our main objective is to involve the local communities to feel part of ecotourism and be responsible of their own nature, protect cultural heritage and the endangered species within the Tourism Destinations. This will improve the living standards and increase the tourism attractions in Kenya and Tanzania.

Ecotourism Solidarity:
We collaborate with both local and international agents to create understanding of Ecotourism and to build solidarity between the travellers and the local people. We’re working with the communities around the tourism destinations to feel the passion for the tourism attractions they are living close to.

Ecotourism Development & CO² Offset:
Each year, we reinvest 25% of our profits in community sustainable development projects. These projects are implemented, managed and run by the communities. We involve ourselves in these projects for a period of five years to ensure their sustainability. This is one way of reducing poverty and compensating the CO² produced.

North/South Solidarity & Understanding:
We organise exchange programmes which are based on short and long-term voluntary activities. These programmes are aimed at creating solidarity and understanding among the North and the South on environment and culture.
