ABOUT MALAIKA ECOTOURISM
Malaika Ecotourism is a Kenyan Ecotourism operator that organizes Sustainable Solidarity travel in Kenya. The concept is about travel & development for the local communities in Kenya. We gives travellers great opportunities to adventure our country in a unique/Eco-friendly, and sustainable way, by meeting the local people and sharing with them.

Our Objectives:
Our main objective is to involve the local communities to feel part of Ecotourism and be responsible of their own Nature heritage & Attraction as well as protect endangered species in this Tourism Destinations. This will improve the living standards and increase the tourism attractions in Kenya.

  • To contribute to eco-tourism; by encouraging responsible and sustainable way of traveling
  • Meeting people from diverse cultural backgrounds to enhance inter-cultural exchanges
  • Assist communities develop long term sustainable development solutions that have either direct or indirect impacts to their lives.
  • By Encouraging tourists & Communities:
    • To conserves the natural environment
    • To protect endangered species and National heritage Attraction,
    • 15% of tourism activities should be ecological
    • To integrate ecotourism principles and policies into our operations

is encourage indigenous Ecological- responsibility travel and improves the well-being of local communities that is  With moto of independency indigenous Sustainable development.

Ecotourism Solidarity:
We collaborate with both local and international agents to create of Ecotourism solidarity & understanding between the travellers, Nature , the wildlife and the local people.

Ecological & CO² Offset principle:
15% of travel Activities are Ecological but we also calculate Co² produced during your trip & compensated to Community indigenous Ecological development project that will cover up for the part of CO² product during the trip.

North/South Solidarity & Understanding
We organise exchange programmes which are based on short and long-term voluntary activities. These programmes are aimed at creating solidarity and understanding among the North and the South on environment and culture.
