Nguluni Eco-volunteer project in Kenya

NGULUNI CULTURAL & ENVIRONMENTAL CENTRE

Project summary description :
The Nguluni community has both great culture and traditions, as they belong to Kamba tribe. They live close to the anti-gravity center. Their natural resources have been affected by the misuse of the environment and they have suffered high number of floodings and unexpected dry seasons. The community building this resource centre aims at attracting ecotourism and have better ways of managing its environment, such as use of water, plantation of trees… Volunteers will be mostly working with young men and women of the community to create a cultural & environmental resource centre in the community.

Participation Fee of US$ 230 :
• Work Camp (Accommodation & Food, transport, orientation, donation)
• Office Administration: Communication and project preparation

Optional educational tour (Upon Request) :
- before camp : 3day Masai Mara National Park
- after camp : Tsavo National Park
