Summary:
A 7 day wonderful time in Africa’s safari motherland with chance of viewing 90% of
Africa’s wild animals including the jungle big five, meeting and interacting with the local
people while learning their culture is a rewarding and unforgettable lifetime experience to be
achieved in this safari. Some of the highlights include viewing Mount Kilimanjaro, the big five,
Masai culture, conservation activities, wonderful vegetations and landscapes.
Day 1: Valley View Point & Masai Mara
Early morning departure from Nairobi, then drive on the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a
stop over at the valley viewpoint for spectacular views of the valley features with stunning
distribution of vegetation. Arrive in Masai Mara in good time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon
game drive in the park to view the Big Five among other animals before getting back to your
lodge / campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Mara River and Masai Community
Morning game drives in the park before enjoying a picnic breakfast along the Mara River after
the sunrise. Proceed for a game drive coming back to your base for lunch a relaxing time.
Then visit a Masai community to enjoy their culture, warrior jumps, dances and a taste of their
local dishes. Dinner and overnight at your lodge / campsite.

Day 3: Amboseli National Park
Early morning game drive on your way to Amboseli with lunch enroute, proceed to arrive in
the afternoon, relax at leisure then have an evening game drive in the park to view the
spectacular wildlife in the park which includes huge populations of elephants, lions and other
predators among other animals before driving back to your lodge or campsite for dinner and
overnight.
Day 4: Mount Kilimanjaro/Amboseli Park
Full day of great game drives and photography in this park which offers wonderful view of
Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest peak of the continent forming a perfect back drop in Amboseli)
with a picnic lunch in the park until evening drive back to the lodge or campsite for dinner and
overnight. |

Day 5: Red elephants in Tsavo East
Morning game drive before sunrise: this is the best time to see the wildlife hunting and
playing. Then head for Tsavo East National Park to arrive in good time for lunch. Relax at
leisure or go for a swim before proceeding to an afternoon game drive this is the largest and
the oldest park in the country famous for the man eaters lions and to be home to huge
populations of elephants usually red in colour due to the red soil among other great game.
Get back to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Ngulia community Eco-Project
After breakfast, drive to Ngulia community to meet a group of women and youth with an
initiative to conserve the environment by using the elephants dung to make paper products
and educating the community about the importance of wildlife to avoid human wildlife
conflicts. You will share about their experience and have lunch with them, then drive back to
the park for evening game drive to see animals hunting. Drive back to your lodge in the late
evening for dinner and overnight. |
Day 7: Tsavo East
Enjoy a last game drive in the park on your way back to Nairobi to arrive in the late afternoon,
drop off at your hotel or transfer to the airport.
